We are generally able to process your order in 1 or 2 business days.  We pick the lowest cost between USPS and FedEx for delivery.  If your order is above $200, you pay no shipping or packing charges.  Contact us for expedited delivery (available for an additional charge).

DAMAGED ITEMS:  We take great care in packing our customers’ orders to protect items from shipping damage; however, if you receive a package with damaged items, save the original packaging and contact us within 3 business days.  We will repair or replace damaged items or provide a refund for the value of the damaged items at our sole discretion.

WRONG ITEMS:  If we made a mistake in filling your order, we’ll fix it at our cost.  

RETURNS:  We accept returns on undamaged stock items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.  You pay for the return shipping.   Your refund for returned items will be your choice of (1) store credit at 100% of the value of the returned item(s); or (2) cash back at 85% of the value of the returned item(s).
